[v8r6] Fix in TS

Philippe Charpentier requested to merge charpent/LHCbDIRAC:v8r6-PhC-170324 into master

  • The Application status string has changed from “Exited With Status” to “existed with status” ;-). Fixed in transformation-debug

  • The checking of ancestors' presence in SDEs was not optimal at all (check for each task). Grouped files per set of SEs in order to speed up the check (essentially one check per run).
