Check luminosity script

Marcelo Vilaca Pinheiro Soares requested to merge msoares/LHCbDIRAC:checkLuminosityScript into master

Since it is a production script that does not change anything in the code, I think it could be merged direct to Master

Script created to check the total luminosity of RAW files of a given Run and compare it to the total luminosity of a given type of files of the same Run in order to find luminosity losses on the way to check the consistency of the productions and then spares time on deep consistency checks for Runs that have been properly processed.
