[v8r7] Fix TransformationPlugin and add-transformation

  • Allow ancestor files to be at a BUFFER SE other than the RDST (to say it in plain words ;-) for stripping
  • Allow to give a name to a DM transformation in dirac-dms-add-transformation and then start a transformation without any input (yet) with --Force
