[devel] Docker:allow to specify alternative repository to checkout the code when running

Christophe Haen requested to merge chaen/LHCbDIRAC:devel_docker_hotfix into devel

This PR allows to specify repositories from which the code will be checked out instead of using the local one. This will show useful to deploy hotfixes
