[v8r2] Use run duration for RAW replication

In addition to the possibility to use run duration as a metrics for RAW distribution (see https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/LHCBDIRAC-508), this MR fixes a few spurious logging informations in the TransformationPlugin.
