Based on setTags here in AnalysisProductionsDB: https://gitlab.cern.ch/lhcb-dirac/LHCbDIRAC/-/blob/master/src/LHCbDIRAC/ProductionManagementSystem/DB/AnalysisProductionsDB.py#L218

However I don't see a corresponding setTags function in AnalysisProductionsClient: https://gitlab.cern.ch/lhcb-dirac/LHCbDIRAC/-/blob/master/src/LHCbDIRAC/ProductionManagementSystem/Client/AnalysisProductionsClient.py

so will perhaps come back to this MR later
