Fix size of TupleTool search feature

We want to prevent the search feature resizing the window for the decay tree tuple configuration cards. This currently makes things look not as nice when configuring multiple DTTs at once if one of the cards gets resized.

I should also fix the output Variable Name: N to Variable Name: No Matches Found when there are no matches.

I am having trouble reproducing the card resizing behavior today, and am also noticing that the cards can already be rendered as different sizes depending on the decay that is chosen. I will therefore close this issue.
