UI tweaks

Adam Morris requested to merge ui-tweaks into master
  • make buttons icon-only where appropriate and add a bit more variety to the colours (particularly use green to indicate adding something)
  • add tooltips to icon-only buttons
  • confirmation popover for delete buttons
