Stripping-line content as functions

Alexia Alexander Wight requested to merge SimulationWizard into master

Modified DescriptorSearch, DecaysList, and DecayItem to move stripping-line specific content to within a function that is then rendered. This will allow the Simulation Wizard to have the NTuple Wizard as a dependency and overwrite those functions.
