Improve loading time and adopt new metadata format

Adam Morris requested to merge parse_decays into master
  • utils.parse_decays function ported to backend (see lhcb-dpa/wp6-analysis-preservation-and-open-data/lhcb-ntuple-wizard#34)
  • Loading screen displays which files are being loaded, closes #19 (closed)
  • List of metadata files now in src/config.json
  • Many cosmetic changes using bootstrap components where possible
