Add support for expected-2024 pp productions

Adding support for expected 2024 productions needed for HLT BW division and reconstruction/trigger studies. For now it supports only default nu and runs until (X)DIGI.

All references are updated here as I had to bump up AppConfig version to the one which introduced options for expected-2024.

Still in draft stage as I did not run yet as we first need to define simulation conditions.

Local test is now successful, so I'm merging this. I will check with Emir about another MR before tagging.

Had a chat with @kreps offline in person, and we agreed that this one is ready to go.

I've been asked to merge this and release a new version of LbMCSubmit, which I will do so shortly.
