Add pHe and ppHe in expected-2024

Adding:

  • pHe in expected-2024
  • pHe+pp in expected-2024

Two Simulation Conditions are needed in bkk:

  • pHe-Beam6800GeV-0GeV-expected-2024-MagDown-SMOG2-Nu0.2-EPOS
  • ppHe-Beam6800GeV-expected-2024-MagDown-andSMOG2-Nu7.6andNu0.2-Pythia8andEPOS
