Improve PGun support

Closes #39

  • Support for signal particle gun with the ability to specify the source of the momentum spectrum
  • Added reference tests with combinations of beam energy, signal PID and spectrum input source that actually exist in PGunsData
  • Added verification test that checks the momentum spectrum file exists in PGunsData
