HLT1 fix 2024.W31.34

Put correct HLT1 sequence for 2024.W31.34 data type. In order to distinguish new samples after fix from old ones with wrong HLT1 sequence, for this particular data type HLT1 step is made visible in bookkeeping. Together with this, made also change to Run 3 outputs to be HLT1.DST, HLT2.DST and SPRUCE.DST to reflect what is in output and to make it easier to prepare various statistics.
