Update Sim10b DDDB tags

By accident we did not pick up latest DDDB tags for Sim10b and in this MR these are picked up. The only change with respect to the one we used up to now is EvtGen name of one of the particles not used in production and thus it has no real effect on physics we produced. There I do not change Sim10 version.
