Rework some tests

Adam Morris requested to merge evtype_gen_check_patch into main
  • Collate "latest available" and "check generator" tests into a single file (since both relate to data packages)
  • Don't use XFAIL for tests where the inputs are known to be incompatible
  • Monkeypatch MadgraphData version
