append $APPCONFIGOPTS/Persistency/BasketSize-10.py to Sim10 Gauss options (could restrict to Sim10a/b if it's guaranteed to be unnecessary in the future)
increment reference AppConfig version to v3r417 (not released yet so CI tests will fail)
