Productions for RTA to check effect of shims

This is production for RTA to test effect of shims. Two set of samples are included, both under /MC/Dev/Beam6800GeV-expected-2025-Mag{Down,Up}-Nu7.6-25ns-Pythia8. Default one under Sim10e does not contain shims while the one under Sim10e-shims includes them.

@decianm, can you double check that this contains event types you need and statistics required?
