Rd 2024 lb2 l mu mu lqcd

Hi @rquaglia @mborsato, @lemoeser and me want to perform first studies on Lb02L0Jpsi_MM modes with Run 3 data with a bachelor student, but we missed that for the first request we accidentally requested the phsp MC for the rare mode and not the one with the LQCD model. Phase space MC might be used for angular analysis. Therefore, we prepared a new request for full 2024 on the LQCD signal mode.
