Request Lc/Xic simulation for SMOG2 with sim10f
Simulation request for Lcp2pkpi, Xicp2pkpi, and Xic02pkkpi processes. The gases cover all types in 2024 (He/H2/Ar/Ne)
Due to the problem of block3/4(W25.27 and W29.30) that "cannot produce DST without trigger", the request of pHe and pH2 (in block3) are removed.
