Added new file for Bd and Bs to D0bar eta/eta_prime decays.

The aim is to study the modes Bs -> D0bar eta(p) using Run2 data (2016-2018 data). D0bar -> (k+ pi-) and eta -> ( pi+ pi- (pi0 _ gamma gamma) ) or -> (pi+ pi- gamma). D0bar -> (k+ pi-) and etap -> ( pi+ pi- (eta _ gamma gamma) ) or -> ( (rho(770)0 _ pi+ pi-) gamma). So a total of 4 modes for Bs, 2 for eta and 2 for etap. These mode haven't been observed yet. The mass spectrum has a clear Bd peak, So similarly, 4 modes for Bd, simulation is requested for all eight modes. The requested simulation is 500K per year per magnet polarity per file (4 Decfiles each has 2 mode diphoton and single phone). In terms of modes production, the aim is to have photon reconstruction efficiency accounted for between the diphoton final state and single photon. Therefore, the proportions are chosen so that, in theory, the diphoton mode is twice that of the single photon mode, but due to the reconstruction it will be 1:1. This is accounted for in the Decfiles, all should have 2:1 ratio.
