Inclu charmonium in ppref smog with Sim10g

We have requested the inclusive charmonium production in previous Sim10f version, but these productions were crashed at HLT2 step due to some UT bugs (as reported by Vladimir in #1347 (comment 10341853)). We have agreed to stop and remove these buggy productions from Dirac, and submit new ones with Sim10g when it is ready. :)
