Run 3 filtered: B0toKpiTauTau and BstoKKTauTau analyses 2025 samples

This request is for 2025 MC samples for B0toKpiTauTau(MuMu) and BstoKKTauTau(MuMu, MuE, MuPi). We do not ask for the remaining Kpi modes because the decfiles have generator level cuts that are tighter than our 2025 HLT2 lines. We currently have a MR to add new decfiles but will request them later. lhcb-datapkg/Gen/DecFiles!2541

The retention rate for the signal samples are calculated with the DaVinci HLT efficiency checker on unfiltered samples. The background rates are extrapolated from the 2024 rates, assuming they scale similarly to signal. For the KKMuPi, we do not have unfiltered 2024 background samples. We assume the ratio of KKMuE between signal retention and background retention scales for the KKMuPi case.
