SL MC request for the B2DstLNu analysis.

Summary: 300M events for 2016-2018 and for eventTypes 11584033, 11574095.

PS: This request repeats the canceled !168 (merged). Dec files were updated, generator level cut for muon P was decreased from 5500 MeV to 2950 MeV following the Maryland group request
