Multimuon decays with a long-lived intermediate scalar

Note: number of events was turned down so its 12M events only, hence lacking the need for a PPG approval :)

PPG Approval

The Multimuon analysis has as fundamental goal computing the sensitivity of the LHCb detector to searches in which long-lived particles are involved. The physics reason of requesting a new lifetime is supported by the fact that several analysis have explored the lifetime spanning up to 1000ps, which would be effectively covering the lifetime-acceptance of long and down tracks.

On the other hand, the number of events which are requested follows the statistics criterium taken in previous mc request (attached at the end of the description), so in order to maintain uniformity, we would like to request the same number of events per magnet polarity. In case that criterium is excessive, we could think of a lower number of events.
