Draft: B2OC MC request for Bx2LcLcX samples

Simulation request for peaking Lc+ Lc~- backgrounds for Lb2LcLcn analysis. 8 event types split by year, 2016/17/18, and mag polarity, so 48 individual samples total. This is a filtered request producing MDST using fast re-decay. I am assuming that num-events in the samples schema is events before filtering i.e no retention rate applied. If this is correct then for this request 8M events are requested with a retention rate of ~1% -> 80,000 events post filter.
