Request mc data for B -> K DarkScalar, DarkScalar -> hh (pipi or KK) 12 different event types (6 hh=pipi and 6 hh=KK) for various dark scalar masses and lifetimes Requesting 1M events per event type 50% mag up, 50% mag down 2018 data only

NOTE: This request is dependent on the following MR: lhcb-datapkg/Gen/DecFiles!1965 (merged). This MR is expected to be approved by Friday 2nd August. It is currently not passing pipeline as this MR has not yet been merged and hence it is not being able to find the decfile event numbers specified.
