BandQ MC Filtered MC reqeust for B2X3872Kstar

Ning Qin requested to merge bandq/filter-sujuan into main

This is a new request from BandQ for the measurement of the branching fraction for the decay B+ -> X(3872)K+ with X(3872) -> Jpsi pi pi and K -> K pi0.
