BandQ MC Filtered MC reqeust for B2X3872Kstar Run 2

Ning Qin requested to merge filter-sujuan-Run2 into main

This is a new request from BandQ for the measurement of the branching fraction for the decay B^+ \to X(3872)K^{*+} with X(3872) \to J / \psi \pi^+ \pi^- and K^{*+} \to K^+ \pi^0 (K^{*+}\to K^0 \pi^+) .

This mr is only for Run 2 analysis. The pipeline test for Run1 !806 (closed) failed and we will work on this and submit it seperatelly.
