Inclusive Search for HNL from B to X mu N

These samples are for the HNL from B-> X mu N decays.

Analysts specifically requested Sim09. This is the provided motivation:

This work builds upon the analysis done on earlier simulations of inclusive search for HNLs produced from B -> X mu N, with HNLs decaying via semileptonic modes, which was done for Sim09. We want to have the same PIDCalib correction as those previous simulations so that we can build on a robust and already reviewed analysis.

Specific filtering versions are requested, these are applied in the yaml files :)
