Run2 configuration called for DataType >= 2015

Maurizio Martinelli requested to merge mamartin-EscherRun2Configuration into master

There was a bug in Escher configuration preventing the Run2 tracking configuration to be called for DataType other than 2015. Fixed by requiring DataType >= 2015.
