Avoid race conditions between tests and more

  • Remove not-really-useful escher-default test
  • Write xmls for each test in a separate directory to avoid race conditions
  • Set the default DataType to Upgrade
  • Filter out an instable message
  • Disable some tests on clang-dbg (consistently timing out)
