Dump more info on eigenvalues and fix bug in eigenvector printing

  • dump more info on eigenvalues to log file
  • add histogram for all eigenvalues to AlignUpdateTool
  • fix bug in printing of eigenvector (it was printing a column rather than a row of U)
  • update Tracker alignable

I rebased against the branch in !286 (merged), so perhaps best merge after that.
