Add D0 particles and matching test

Add D0 particles matching selections for HLT1D2KPi line to Alignment. Also added option script and matching test for these particles.

Note: Test uses HLT1-filtered MC from testfileDB, will fail unless lhcb-datapkg/PRConfig!229 (merged) is merged. Can roll back to previous commit to merge earlier if desired.
