Draft: SciFi updated parameters

Update SciFi parameters for alignment and include real survey.

Things to update:

  • Add J/Psi and Z particles
  • survey uncertainties
  • first survey values
  • constraints (remove all constraints that mix axis directions in local coordinates)
  • starting degrees of freedom
  • survey fixes

Checks needed:

  • Escher tests not broken
  • Humboldt tests not broken
  • Question: can we give some constraints in the global frame?
