Mat calibration monitor in SciFi alignment

This merge request adds the FTMatCalibration monitor to the configuration in the SciFi alignment introduced in Rec!3693 (merged) . The output are monitoring histograms of residuals per channel that are added in the online monitoring and as well a yaml file wit the mat calibration position. If needed to update the mat position the yaml file can be added to the conditions database.
