Updates for 2025 alignment

• replace PatPV3D by PatPVLeftRightFinder merger in alignment_tracking
• add script to merge 'VPSystem.yml' into database
• add counters for the fraction of rejected vertices (PVs and particle vertices)
• remove unwanted VP module constraints that were automatically added if modules and halves are aligned together
• add more information on the alignment mode with the maximum contribution to the chi2: this can help to identify which element is still most misaligned
• fix bug that would make alignment code crash for tracks with muon hits, if muon detectors not included in alignables. (this prevents us from using the muon as external reference.)
• add muon hits to long tracks, such that muon alignment can be added to standard tracker/velo alignment
