json configurations not regenerated with Allen compilation when modifying HLT1.py
When only modifying HLT1.py and re-compiling Allen as part of the stack, the hlt1_*.json trigger configurations don't get automatically regenerated, but one needs to remove them by hand in the build. When modifying other trigger configurations, this is not an issue.
This is an issue especially when running in commissioning mode, when we often change prescales and it's not clear if the trigger configuration has been successfully modified or not.
