Allen UT hits/clustering is different from CPU UT clustering

The UT hits/clusters that are put on a track are not found back in the HLT2 UT containers. This is a result of the hits/clustering being ran in HLT2 being different than Allen.

There is currently work ongoing by @dtou !1444 (merged) to get this back in order.

This is the reason of some warnings in the RecoConf_allen_gaudi_velo_ut_with_mcchecking test.
