Draft: no gec and veloSP lines for pit + change FT -> FTCluster name in passthrough lines

New lines used at the pit:

  • VELO: velo_decoding (SP) and velo_no_gec_SP
  • SciFi: seeding_no_gec
  • tracking: hlt1_pp_no_gec_no_ut_veloSP
  • Passthrough: passthrough_prescaled_1_25

other changes:

  • updated SciFi bank name on passthrough line (FT -> FTCluster)
  • prescaled passthrough lines in HLT1.py by 0.001
  • prescaled monitoring (BeamOne,BeamTwo, etc) and SMOG min bias lines by 0.001
