Remove limit on number of calo diclusters

  • Main: remove the limit on the number of reconstructed calo diclusters (which was set to 3000);
  • Include the lines in photon_lines.py in the documentation;
  • Fix a small bug when calculating the calocluster's x and y coordinates;
  • Small changes to CaloFindClusters to improve performance.
