Test throughput with lumi events on simulated ODIN event type

  • resolve #377 (closed)
  • new sequence hlt1_pp_lumi with dummy ODIN object simulated by new algorithm host_dummy_odin_provider
  • added throughput test of hlt1_pp_lumi, default with 50% lumi events
