Looking Forward: filter x track candidates

Filter x track candidates in LFQualityFilterX by calculating the average x projection on the reference plane of all x hits and the spread. Track candidates with more than 3 hits are sorted by their spread in x on the reference plane and only the 2 best candidates per UT track are kept for further adding UV hits and the fit and general quality filter.

This removes 40% of ghost tracks, 20% of clone tracks and 0.8% of efficiency for long from B, p > 3 GeV, pt > 0.5 GeV.

Throughput for the default sequence is at 65 kHz on the V100.
