Add z-integrated tomography line to default physics sequence

Saverio Mariani requested to merge samarian_move_integrated_tomography_line_to_physics_sequence into master

Following the request of the pit crew, this MR adds the z-integrated tomography line to the default pp sequence, as a temporary solution while the work ongoing in !1192 (merged) is completed.

Rate tested on 2023 open VELO simulation is Eff=|(0.2100000 +- 0.0457776)%| and I checked reconstructed material vertices are as expected cc @cagapopo @cmarinbe @cocov @edallocc
