Draft: Add a 'tuned' sequence for pp this year
Takes thresholds from last B/W division and puts them in HLT1
- At the moment there is an enum to control which set of thresholds we take [current master, minimum, tuned], probably a smarter (or simpler) mechanism is needed
- And a sequence hlt1_pp_forward_then_matching_no_ut_no_gec_tuned that takes these thresholds.
- At mu~1, current rate is around 2.3 MHz due to calibration/monitoring/untuned lines.
- Likely the exact thresholds we have here are not the ones we should use as there is a new set with reconstructability requirements (+ a few other minor fixes), but at least is a 'mechanical' draft to get started with. There is also the discussion of mu still ongoing and the 'wrong' velo opening in the simulation used, impact should be assessed.
