PbPb physics routing bit

Christina Agapopoulou requested to merge pbpb_routing_bits into master

This MR makes the HLT1 routing bit map configurable in the sequence and creates a new map for the PbPb sequences. The difference with the default map is the physics routing bit (14), which is changed to be set exclusively by the following lines:

  • Hlt1HeavyIonPbPbPeripheral (present in the default sequence)
  • Hlt1HeavyIonPbPbCentral (present in the default sequence)
  • Hlt1GECCentPassthrough (present in the minimal sequence)
