add sequences without GEC cuts

Vava Gligorov requested to merge vava_addnogecsequences into master

Add a couple of sequences, one for "everything" one for the LookingForwardKalman sequences, where the GEC has been removed. This will lead to a ~20% drop in throughput based on some private tests but anyway it's something we should be able to monitor in the future.
