Enable superTAE by default in HLT1

enable_superTAE into master

This MR:

  • enables by default superTAE in all hlt1_ sequences, by changing the default value of accept_sub_events from True to False
  • Switches the names of the two TAE sequences (tae_plus_passthrough_prescaled_1_25 now tests superTAE, while tae_plus_passthrough_prescaled_1_25_sub_events.py tests 2023-style TAE
