Add D* -> D0 (-> K pi) pi container and lines

Uses @mstahl's 2+1 combiner to create D* candidates with the goal of improving purity for PID monitoring.

Testing with /scratch/allen_data/mdf_input/2024-expected-mdfs/mdf_sim-20231017-vc-md100/Dst2D0pi_Kpi.mdf. This line is about 25-30% as efficient as the D2KPi line. See the attached plots.

  • Add initial container and lines.
  • Try to minimize throughput impact(?)
  • Add documentation for 2+1 combiner
