Update SMOG2 Allen test samples to expected 2024 conditions

Allen testing is still based on old MC samples with overlapped pp+SMOG2 samples, which I am now updating to expected 2024 conditions. By comparing the new reference files with what is in master for SMOG testing, I saw no unexpected big changes

Throughput comparison shows instead a drop of the same amount as in #489 (closed)
